CLEA is an interdisciplinary collaborative network that brings together philosophers, scientists, researchers, and students in the field of cognitive science and related disciplines, such as linguistics, artificial intelligence, neuroscience, and others.

Our main objectives are:

  1. to encourage study, debate, and academic production on these topics;
  2. to establish support and discussion groups for ongoing work and new proposals;
  3. to establish partnerships for the preparation of scientific articles, the organization of events, and the development of research, extension, and teaching projects;
  4. to promote meetings and workshops that can attract the interest of the academic community in these topics.

To this end, CLEA is organized into research groups called satellite groups.

Each group focuses on different themes or different approaches to a given topic.

This allows for a wide variety of interests to be accommodated while encouraging interaction between groups and enabling larger projects in which different groups can collaborate.
